Quality Assurance Home Improvement designed and constructed a 20/20 bedroom-suite expansion to my home including a wheelchair ramp. The expansion process was profession, detailed, and on-schedule. Mr. Watson managed every aspect of the build, from pouring the foundation, hanging the shingles, to handing over the keys of the French door. Outstanding Service. Professional and beautiful bathroom remodel

Jeff and his team at Quality Assurance did a bathroom remodel for us. This was a handicap accessible bathroom and they paid close attention to detail to ensure everything was to code and accessible. Jeff also did an amazing job in protecting our home as the work was carried out. He took the time to protect the hardwood flooring by laying paper down on the main level, on the stairs, and the traffic area on the second level where the bathroom was located. They had to remove all the previous tile, shower floor liner, and even make some repairs due to some leaking that had occurred. Everything was done professionally, timely, and beautifully. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. The tile contractor is highly skilled in his craft. Jeff definitely has highly qualified craftsmen on his team. They cleaned up daily and when the job was complete, restored everything to its original state. I would highly recommend and use this company again. Very courteous, respectful, and polite. Jeff was onsite daily to manage the job, and was always responsive to our calls, questions, and concerns.Denise

Mr. Watson of Quality Assurance Home Improvement Company had vast knowledge on how to design my particular kitchen. He went above and beyond making sure, My wife and I were please with his design and the materials that were used in the process. He provided great service and the materials used, I have to say were top notched. Mr. Watson is a honest person, and is polite and the service he provided was professional I must say he is very friendly and help ease any fears or concerns about the remodeling of our kitchen. I would also like to commend him on the tradesmen that installed the appliances, cabinets,,counter tops, plumbers and the electrician. Lastly I would like to thank Mr. Watson for providing great service and would have this company working on other projects that I may need to have done. Room Addition

Roof Project

I highly recommend Quality Assurance to perform any work that you need to have done. Quality Assurance recently replaced my roof and performed stellar work. This is the second large job that I have contracted Quality Assurance to do for me and again, they have produced "A+" quality work. When you do business with Quality Assurance, you will receive quality work, just like their company name states: "Quality." Quality Assurance takes pride in their work and the end result is shown at the end of the project -- which is Excellence. My roof had many challenges, and Jeff Watson, performed a miracle and produced a beautiful and sturdy roof. He didn't cut corners, he used quality materials and did all the repairs needed. He stayed in contact with me during the entire process and informed me all that needed to be done. Additionally, they cleaned up all the trash and debris and hauled it away, and you never knew that a major job had taken place. They returned my residence in the same manner, in which they found it. Jeff Watson is very knowledgeable, conscientious, meticulous, hard working and dependable. Vinyl Siding and Molding

Several years ago, Quality Assurance did an excellent job with installing vinyl siding and exterior molding on my home. My home is mostly brick; but there were portions that was made out of wood. To avoid from extensive exposure to the weather, dry rotting, restoring and/or painting the wood, I decided to have the wood areas covered in vinyl. When I contacted Jeff, he was friendly and responded immediately to all my questions. He even showed me a project that he was working that was in the neighborhood. Upon my return from a business trip, I drove up to my home and I was so excited to see what a great job Quality Assurance had done. It looked like a totally different house and exudes great curb appeal. In addition, Quality Assurance beautifully installed a decorative molding over my front door which turned out great as well. A Great Experience and Excellent Job!

Jeff and his team built a sun porch onto our home. The process was very tedious in the beginning getting all the permits, but Jeff kept us informed every step of the way. We never had to question anything because he covered all the bases up front and we were always kept in the loop. Once the team started to build, it was a quick and consistent process untl the finished product. The members of his construction team are knowledgable, polite and considerate of our time. We are extremely happy with the addition to our house and have never had a problem. It is one of our best features and we get compliments all the time! We had met with many other contractors before we had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Jeffrey Watson of Quality Assurance Home Improvement Company. Heavenly Sunroom

I contracted Jeffery Watson of Quality Assurance contractors to convert my existing deck into an all-season sunroom and he produced an “A” quality sunroom. From the start of obtaining all permits needed, to the final inspection of the completion of the sunroom, Quality Assurance performed an outstanding and quality job. The materials used are of the highest quality and Jeffery Watson kept me well-informed of every nail, screw, and board that would be used and how it would be used and kept me informed of the timeframe for completion. Jeffery Watson not only oversaw the entire project from the beginning to end, but he himself, worked alongside the workers. Jeffery Watson is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled contractor. He advised me of changes and adjustments that needed to be done pertaining to the safety and security of my sunroom, as well as the aesthetic appearance of the sunroom. Jeffery Watson is the definition of a professional, reliable, trustworthy, and dependable person. My family and I gained a competent and proficient contractor, that we will use in the future for any and all construction projects. The service was extremely professional and of high quality. Mr. Watson was extremely polite and a joy to work with.

Quality Assurance created a very well constructed basement that my wife and I just loved. Mr. Watson initially came by with photos and examples of his prior work. We found him to be knowledgeable and a joy to work with! They completed the work approximately 10 days before the projected completion date. Whenever there was an "issue", Jeffrey called me to explain and ask what I wanted to do and he then addressed the issue in an expedient way. Throughout the process, Jeffrey involved me with the selection of the materials and suggested that I go to the specific vendors to look at the items to ensure my satisfaction. For example, I reviewed the floor tile selections, bathroom tiles, wall paint colors, etc. My Watson's company recommended only quality materials. The state inspector even commented on the quality of the work. I would definitely use the company again and recommend the company to any friend or neighbor with no hesitation. In fact, I have recommended Quality Assurance to several friends already!

Outstanding Job
